Guidelines for Presentation

  1. Authors should prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint format (.pptx or pdf).
  2. Presentations and the materials should be in English.
  3. Each Presenter has 7-8 minutes to deliver the presentation and 2-3 minutes Q&A.
  4. Please rename your presentation slide with the format : (ID Submission) –  presentationICOPIA26 Example : 10 – presentationICOPIA26 
  5. Please submit the presentation materials not later than 7 August 2026

Full Paper Preparation

Please follow this guideline for fullpaper preparation:

  1. Manuscripts should be original and should not have been published in any scientific journal or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. The paper should be written in clear English. We highly recommend using proofreading services to avoid any grammatical or spelling errors and improve the readability quality.
  3. The paper should adhere to the ICOPIA guidelines, which are based on the IOP-JPCS guideline. The full paper template and guidelines are also can be found at https://icopia.uns.ac.id/guidelines/
  4. The manuscript should be 6-12 pages long.
  5. The similarity index of the plagiarism checker should be no more than 20% (including all sections and references).
  6. Citations and references should follow the Vancouver (numbered) or Harvard (author-year) system for citing your references. Items in the reference list can be formatted in any style, as long as each item contains all the information needed to find the reference. The required details for some standard reference types are given below.
  7. An author’s name can appear in a maximum of two papers, regardless of their position.
  8. Please note that failure to follow the guidelines may result in the rejection of your paper in the proceedings.

Before all of you submit the manuscript, please follow the guidelines when preparing your paper:

  1. The paper includes the author’s name and affiliation (full address including country).
  2. Each author or co-author may submit no more than two papers if they wish to proceed with publication.
  3. There are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.
  4. The File is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or low-resolution figures).
  5. All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
  6. Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via Crossref if they are correct and complete.
  7. Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
  8. A thorough proofread is conducted to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.

Peer-Review and Publication Process

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers evaluate originality, scientific rigor, clarity, and relevance to conference themes.
